How do I deactivate an API key password?

If you need the current phase-out API key password to be invalidated, you can deactivate it immediately.

Note: This only applies during the phase-out period.

1. Place your mouse pointer over your username displayed in the top right corner of the page.
   The account menu options are displayed.
   
   
2. Click the API Settings menu option.
   The API Settings page is opened.
   
   
3. Click the ⋮ icon in the last column for the Phasing-Out Password row.
   The action menu is opened.
   
   
4. Select the De-Activate Password menu option.

The phasing-out password is deactivated immediately.
